This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) of Katsiaryna Auramchykava (the “Provider”). Any user of https://updatecv.me/ who purchases paid features through any available payment service accepts the terms of this Offer.
2. Description of Services
UpdateCV is a service for creating, editing, analysing and improving resumes, checking resume compatibility with a job description provided by the user, and adapting a resume to the requirements of that job description.
Free features:
- creating a resume from scratch or uploading an existing resume;
- editing and storing resumes within the limits of the free plan;
- AI analysis, improvement and job match checks within the applicable limits.
Paid features (UpdateCV Pro):
- higher limits for AI resume analysis and improvement;
- higher limits for job match checks and resume adaptation;
- resume and report export to PDF and DOCX, and public PDF links within the applicable limits;
- resume version history and priority AI processing.
The current price and currency of UpdateCV Pro are shown before payment. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes are included in the price where required.
The Provider does not guarantee employment, interview invitations or job offers. AI-generated results may contain errors, and the user must review the final resume before sending it to an employer.
3. Payment Terms
- All purchases are one-time payments made through third-party payment systems.
- Prices include applicable taxes where required.
- Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. By purchasing digital services and receiving immediate access, the user agrees to waive this right after the service begins, where permitted by law.
- Refunds are not provided after access to the service has been granted or the service has been fully provided, except where required by applicable law.
If paid features were not provided or were unavailable due to the Provider’s fault, the user may request a refund by contacting support@updatecv.me. Requests are reviewed within 15 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Rights and Obligations
The Provider undertakes to:
- provide access to the paid features of the Service;
- maintain the operation of the Service within reasonable limits;
- review user support requests within a reasonable time.
The user undertakes to:
- provide accurate information when registering;
- comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Service;
- pay for selected paid services on time.
5. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages related to the use of the Service. The Provider does not guarantee that the user will obtain employment through the Service. AI-generated results may contain errors and are not professional advice.
6. Governing Law
This Offer is governed by applicable law. The parties aim to resolve disputes arising in connection with this Offer through negotiation and by contacting Service support.
7. Changes to the Offer
The Provider may change the terms of this Offer at any time. The current version is always available on the website. By purchasing paid features, the user confirms acceptance of the current version of the Offer.
